Be Friend With Your Nervous System -Retreat Schedule

October 4 - 9, 2025 | Ibiza, Spain

Every day at our retreat, you can expect yoga, TRE®, meditation, and mindfulness practices both in the morning and evening. Additionally, there will be daily workshops or discussions focused on grounding yourself in the present moment and acquiring new skills for personal development and growth. You’ll enjoy delicious brunches and healthy vegetarian dinners each day. And to add to the experience, we will dance, have rituals, a cacao ceremony and also some special surprises planned for selected evenings.

 

Daily Schedule*

8:00 am
MORNING PRACTICE

We start our day with a gentle morning practice – yoga, TRE® or meditation.

10:00 am
DELICIOUS BRUNCH

We enjoy a nurturing and delicious vegetarian / vegan brunch.

12:00 pm
WORKSHOP / GROUP COACHING / ETC.

Every day we have an interesting topic about personal growth and nervous system. You will learn more and work on your own as well as in a group – in a psychologically safe and accepting environment.

13:30 pm
FREE TIME

You have time to explore Ibiza or just chill on our own pool or dip into the sea.

18:00 pm
EVENING PRACTICE

In the evening we have a yoga or TRE® practice or meditation.

19:15 pm
DINNER

We close the day witha tasty dinner.

20:15 pm
FREE TIME, GOOD NIGHT OR A SURPRISE

We will have cacao ceremony and also some amazing surprises waiting for you…
