About Us –
Your Quality Retreats

Hey, we are Caroline & Suvi, founders and hosts of Your Quality Retreats. After meeting at a yoga retreat five years ago, we connected instantly and decided to combine our over 30 years of experience and 40 years of yoga practice to create holistic retreats. Our mission is to organize quality, value-based retreats in Ibiza and beyond, focusing on your overall wellbeing and personal growth through research-based knowledge and techniques. Our retreats include elements of polyvagal theory, psychological wellbeing, self compassion, body-mind connection, yoga, mindfulness, TRE® and meditation. Join us to gain new tools for your continuous wellbeing journey in work and life. The primary language of instruction is English, with French translation available.

Treat Yourself Before, During and After the Retreat

You will have the opportunity to take good care of yourself during the retreat with optional extra services. If you need a massage or want to have an osteopathic session, you can book one before or during the retreat. Additionally, if you would like a coaching session for mental clarity and support or a private TRE-session for relieving stress and tension, you can arrange that as well. All extras are offered at special prices just for you.

If there’s anything specific you’d like to do to make your trip to Ibiza and your retreat perfect, please let us know. Many services and excursions can be arranged to give you the opportunity for extra self-care and love. Maybe a day trip to Formentera or a pedicure will make your experience perfect for you.
